Most items that are sold at studio7music.com are downloadable software products. We do not accept returns on these downloadable products.
We also sell books via Amazon.com. Links to Amazon will be provided at the product’s description page. Returns on these items are subject to Amazon’s return policy. You can read about the Amazon return policy here.
From time to time we may offer products other than downloadable software that can be purchased from our site. We generally will offer a 7 day return policy on these items. See the product description for any exceptions to this policy.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We only replace items if they are defective or were damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return product without first receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number. You can obtain an RA number by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. An address to deliver the return will be provided at that time.
If you receive an incorrect order, we will pay the costs of returning the product to us. Please describe the problem in your email to request an RA number. We will provide instructions for returning without cost to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We will credit your return when it is received in good condition. A new order will be shipped to you upon receipt.
